HighTouch Develops Custom Web Application for Cordera

COLORADO SPRINGS, COHighTouch Marketing & Design, Inc. (“HighTouch”), a leading inbound marketing and web design firm for small businesses, develops a custom home inventory web application and launches www.cordera.com, the sales and marketing website for La Plata Communities' latest master planned community, Cordera.

What Closed The Deal

La Plata investments was looking to save money on monthly bandwidth charges from their existing hosting company, and upgrade their online home inventory web application to something that was better customized to their needs. They also wanted to upgrade the existing "look and feel" and provide visitors with more photos and streaming video. Their current home inventory tool was a "canned application" that didn't allow for much customization. Oddly enough, it also didn't provide a mouse-click on a thumbnail to view a larger photo.

HighTouch began by re-designing the website's look and feel with something that highlighted their photos. HighTouch then developed an easy-to-manage custom home inventory tool that La Plata Communities' employees could use to administer the web site. The web application was build 100% to their specs with click-able thumbnails and custom labels. It also has the ability to track leads and pass inventory data to the customer record, so La Plata knows which home the site visitor was inquiring about. Prior to this, an email was generated with no indication of which home was being viewed making it very awkward on a follow-up sales call.
