Dave Kolb

Dave has extensive experience in all areas of business from executive management to strategic planning, marketing and sales. His vision, leadership, and business acumen are all crucial to the company's success. In addition his marketing and business background, Dave also has an extensive technical and creative background—having personally designed thousands of websites since 1999. Dave has been certified by Adobe Business Catalyst since 2008 and has implemented over 40 Business Catalyst online business solutions.

Prior to HighTouch, Dave served as President and CEO at Interlogic Graphics and Marketing, Inc., where he helped develop one of the first SaaS Content Management Systems, designed for the non-technical marketing professional. 

Back in the 20th century, Dave worked for MCI Worldcom as a software project manager, M2 Technologies as a software product sales engineer and in operations management for International Conference Resorts of America (now Benchmark Hospitality International).

Kim Kolb

Kim oversees all marketing, social media and blogging services.  She is a Certified Inbound Marketing Consultant through HubSpot's Inbound Marketing University.  Kim is connected to many industry experts and hosts several thought leadership webinars and seminars throughout the year. 

Kim was elected to the Colorado Springs HBA Cares Board of Directors and serves as a Marketing Liason and Communications Chair.  In March 2010, Kim joined the Colorado Springs HBA Sales & Marketing Council Steering Committee and serves as the Promotions Chair.

Kim has extensive experience in software development, usability testing, event management and customer service—gained from years of successful software product development and consulting for: Lockeed Martin, L3 Communications, MCI Worldcom, and Evolving Systems.

Inbound Marketing Certified Kim is a Certified Inbound Marketing Consultant

The Inbound Marketing Certification acknowledges the recipients proficiency in Inbound Marketing principals and best practices. These principles include: blogging, social media, search engine optimization (SEO) lead conversion, lead nurturing, and closed-loop analysis. In order to receive the Inbound Marketing Certification, the recipient must pass a comprehensive certification exam with a score of 75% or higher.
